How do I place an order?

Simply browse our curated gallery, select the photograph you love, choose the print size and finish, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Wherever you are in the world, we can get a print to you.​

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 6-10 business days. We take quality control seriously and want to make sure everything is checked and packaged properly!

How will my prints be packaged?

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Smaller prints are shipped in flat protective envelopes, while larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

 

Prints and Customisation

What sizes and finishes do you offer?

Our prints are available in a range of sizes, from small (8x10 inches) to extra-large (36x24 inches).

Finishes include:

• Matte

• Glossy

Do you offer framing options?

Yes, we offer three wooden framing options: White, Black or Oak.

If you would like something different that isn't on the site, give us a call or email and we can arrange that for you with one of our specialist suppliers.

Our wooden frames are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council. The Oak frames are solid wood from FSC®-certified sources with an Oak veneer

 

​The majority of the frame windows are made of edge-ground float glass with a UV filter of approx 45%. For the extra large sizes of A1, 60x80cm and 70x100cm we use a very high quality 3mm clear acrylic to prevent damage during transit. The frames are also equipped with an acid-free insert and a sturdy rear panel.

Can I request a custom size or finish?

Absolutely! Please contact us at admin@highburyeditions.com with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are the prints signed or numbered?

Yes. All prints will be digitally signed by the photographer and numbered. Each print will also come with a certificate of authenticity confirming your edition number

Care and Maintenance

 

How should I care for my print?

To keep your print looking its best:

• Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

• Keep away from moisture.

• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the frame or protective glass.

Payments and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made through Google Pay secure checkout, standard card via Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal.​

​Can I return or exchange a print?

Due to the custom nature of our prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem.

What happens if my print arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please email us at admin@highburyeditions.co.uk with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
